Once
the participants are selected by the committee, they will be notified by
email, and a list of their names will
be put on the website. Accepted applicants should pay the registration +
accommodation fees to finalize their registration.
If
you have received the acceptance letter from the organization committee,
please confirm your attendance to the conference by transferring the
conference fees ( 300 US dollar or 220 Euro or 3,000,000 Rls ).
Please note that:
1) Registration deadline
is 30st June 2010.
2) Bank fees are at your
charge.
3) The payments are not
refundable.
4) Accepted
applicants who wants to attend with their companions should pay the
same fees for each person. |
